Hi Poppie,

I've actually just this moment found this post, (via the clipping of it on chillin-at-the-cabstand's page). I don't have the time for a post just at the moment, but I will get back to you soon,

Lucy :)

Thanks, but I'll have to pass. I try to limit my dialogue to people who I sense have an open mind, and I get a sort of disingenuous vibe from your blog, no offense.

And for what it's worth: consensus is about the last thing I seek! :)

I'm not Lucy, but if you're offering to share opinions and seek consensus on biblical texts ... I wonder if you could be talked into humoring me a question? I've set up a blog, mainly to ask about things that have never made sense to me. One of these things is convergent evolution; by evolution alone this would seem impossible, until we consider Darwin's theory of natural selection, which predicts that a good design will be favored, more than once, even. I'm very curious to know how this fits into the biblical world view, though, and nobody's suggested an answer. If you would share your thoughts, I'll be grateful.

If you care to take a stab at it, I've given many examples: theism.wordpress.com
